We’re looking for Technical Recruiter for our growing engineering team. If you’re a recruiter with a passion for finding the best talent, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage full-cycle technical recruiting process with a focus on strong hiring manager partnerships and candidate advocacy
  • Conduct thorough interviews to vet technical baseline abilities and soft skills
  • Focus on providing a great candidate experience at every step in the process
  • Strategize various ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns
  • Facilitate interview and hiring decision-making process with technical interviewers and hiring managers
  • Regularly track pipeline, priorities and performance data to share with internal stakeholders

Who You Are:

  • You have 4+ years technical recruiting experience preferably for a high growth tech company
  • You’re extremely organized. You will be interacting with dozens of candidates for several roles and in different stages of the process at any given time
  • You have a proven track record for assessing technical talent beyond matching keywords on a resume
  • You’re adaptable and thrive in a fast paced environment with pivots and changes
  • You’re adept at working on a wide variety of technical roles
  • You’re a self-starter with a clear bias for action and results
  • You understand how to develop strong partnerships with hiring managers, interviewers and team members involved in the hiring process
  • You have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • You’ve built sourcing best practices targeting passive, referral and active candidates
  • Plus: You have experience working with a fully distributed team in a remote capacity
